ETOILE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that on the 30 st day of August, 2007 the Board of Trustees of the Etoile Independent School District will hold a special meeting immediately following the Pubilc Hearing at 5:30 p.m. in the school cafetorium, FM Rd 226, Etoile, Texas 75944.
If, during the course of the meeting covered by the Notice, the Board of Trustees should determine that a closed or executive meeting or session of the Board of Trustees is required, then such closed or executive meeting or session as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code section 551.001 et seq., will be held by the School Board at the date, hour, and place given in this Notice or as soon after the commencement of the meeting covered by this Notice as the School Board may conveniently meet in such closed or executive meeting or session concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including, but not limited to the following sections and purposes:

551.O72 Discussing purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
551.O73 Discussing negotiated contracts for prospective gifts or donations.

551.O821 Deliberate a matter regarding a student or students where personally identifiable information about students will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.

On this 24 th day of April, 2007 this Notice was mailed to news media who had previously requested such Notice and an original copy was posted on the bulletin board in the School District Administration Building at 3:00 p.m. on said date.
